Polaris Sportsman 400 HO 450 500 570 Radiator Relocation Relocate Kit All Years

 PLEASE NOTE: NOT INCLUDED INSTRUCTION & the radiator.

The kit includes the radiator relocate kit, hose, hose clamps, Nuts and  bolts, and hose fittings. You will need to drill holes in your  plastics to run the coolant lines, and to connect the fan.

This kit will fit the 400 HO, 500, 550, and 570- All Years
