Thank you for shopping at TalonBillets.com / USA-Biker.net! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at talonbillets@gmail.com and send the item to:

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are:

  • Not in their original condition.

  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund posts).

  3. If you've done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at talonbillets@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Times and Costs

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Upon placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method you choose. Shipping estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and you can find the weight of any item on its detail page. Shipping companies we use round up weights to the next full pound, which can affect the final cost.
