Our heavy-duty tubular steel adjustable control arms are a premium upgrade over factory stamped steel arms, delivering superior strength, durability, and performance. Built with heavy-wall DOM sleeves and collars, TIG-welded 4140 Chromoly fine-thread shanks, custom polyurethane bushings, and pre-installed zerk fittings, these control arms come 100% ready to install. Simply remove your factory arms and bolt these directly in—no modifications required.
Unlike cheaper rolled sleeves with a visible seam that can split under suspension movement and destroy bushings from the inside, our application-specific heavy-wall DOM sleeves are precision-matched to your exact year model. Different model years use different hardware sizes, and we engineer the correct inner diameter sleeves to ensure a perfect, stress-free fit every time.
These adjustable arms also feature 4140 Chromoly fine-thread shanks, a material that is safe to weld and specifically chosen for strength and reliability. Many competitors rely on generic “all-thread” materials that are not weld-safe and can weaken due to metallurgical changes during welding. Our shanks are machined—not cast or formed— allowing for safe TIG welding while the fine threads provide precise, repeatable adjustability. Each shank is TIG welded directly to our DOM collars for maximum strength and long-term durability.
