Designed specifically for the Quick Release System, this new rack attaches to
the passenger backrest and retains the quick release features.
Note: V Star 950 Tourer models adding the Luggage Rack for Fixed Mount
Backrests requires the Tourer Luggage Rack Adapter Kit. (Not included)
